• Transaction information such as amounts, payment status, refunds, and limited payment details supplied by our processor. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
• Portal and communication details including booking references, messages, artwork choices, venue instructions, and other information you submit.
• Event content including photographs, videos, digital gallery content, and sharing selections created through an experience.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, referring pages, and activity collected through server logs, cookies, or similar tools.

How we use information

We use information to check availability; prepare quotes, agreements, and event plans; process payments; operate the client portal and galleries; deliver and support events; answer questions; prevent misuse and protect our systems; maintain business and tax records; improve our website and services; and send marketing only where permitted or requested.

Event photos and galleries

Our services are designed to create and share event memories. An event organizer may authorize photography and gallery features for guests. Gallery links can sometimes be shared with others, so anyone with a link may be able to view its contents. Event organizers are responsible for informing guests and obtaining any permissions required for minors or special uses.

You may ask us about removal of content we control by emailing us. We cannot remove copies already downloaded, reposted, printed, or stored by guests or third-party services.

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies to keep forms, sessions, security features, and portals working. We may also use analytics or similar technologies to understand site performance. Browser settings can limit cookies, although parts of the site may not work properly as a result.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. Gallery and event-content retention may also be described in your booking agreement. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or opt out of nonessential marketing. Some information may need to be retained for completed transactions, legal obligations, security, or legitimate business records. Contact us to make a request; we may verify your identity before responding.

Children and third-party links

Our website and booking tools are intended for adults arranging events and are not directed to children. Event photos may include minors when an organizer has arranged an experience; the organizer is responsible for appropriate supervision and permission. Our site may link to third-party websites whose privacy practices are their own.
