These Terms of Service govern your use of the Maine Magic Mirror website, booking tools, client portal, and related online features. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you book an event, your signed quote or booking agreement adds event-specific terms and controls if it conflicts with this page.

Availability and bookings

Checking a date, submitting a form, or receiving an estimate does not reserve an experience. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it and the requirements in your quote or booking agreement—including signatures and payments—are completed. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to make arrangements for the event.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, deposit, delivery, and event-specific performance terms are governed by the signed booking agreement. Please review that agreement carefully before accepting it.

Pricing and payments

Website prices are informational and may change. Your accepted quote identifies the services, hours, add-ons, travel, taxes, fees, and payment schedule that apply to your event. We may correct obvious display or calculation errors before a booking is accepted.

Payments may be handled by a third-party processor such as Stripe. Its terms and privacy practices also apply to payment processing. Do not send full card information by ordinary email or through a general message field.

Your event responsibilities

You are responsible for timely and accurate event details; venue permission; safe and reasonable access; required space, power, internet, parking, loading, and weather protection; and the conduct of your guests. Tell us promptly about accessibility needs, venue restrictions, schedule changes, outdoor conditions, or other circumstances that could affect setup or service.

Photos, galleries, and guest permission

Photo-booth experiences involve capturing and sharing images. You are responsible for notifying guests and obtaining permissions required for participation, including permission involving minors. Gallery links and sharing tools should be handled thoughtfully because recipients may download or redistribute content. Any promotional use by Maine Magic Mirror is subject to the permissions and terms in the applicable booking agreement or other consent.

Website and intellectual property

You may use this website for lawful personal or business event planning. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, scrape it abusively, impersonate another person, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

The Maine Magic Mirror name, site design, copy, graphics, branding, and original media are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

Third-party services and availability

Our site may rely on or link to hosting, payment, mapping, messaging, gallery, social-media, and other third-party services. Their terms may apply, and we are not responsible for third-party sites outside our control. We work to keep our online services available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Website information is provided in good faith but may not always be complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maine Magic Mirror is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website. Liability and remedies related to an event service are governed by the signed booking agreement. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Maine law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply going forward; an existing signed booking agreement remains controlling for that booking.
